In the traditional manner of an old fashioned B&B, guests are invited to visit with each other and their hostess in several areas throughout the house. In the summer months, the large screen porch and the shaded deck are equally inviting with spectacular views of the harbor boats, the wildlife, and breathtaking sunsets. For the cooler months you can find a fire burning in the Great Room or the Living Room, where you can curl up with a good book from the bookshelves.

The Great Room also features a game table and cable TV/VCR. Two additional sitting rooms are available for your privacy. If your laptop has wireless capabilities and you would like to check your email while here, bring it along and enjoy Windows wireless access throughout the house.

 

A wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler puts refreshments at your convenience. A sitting room provides you with information on many local attractions and restaurants. Outside always beckons where the grounds boast large shade trees, boxwoods, hollies and flowers. Try your hand at crabbing off the dock!

 

Point Breeze Bed and Breakfast has available two charming first floor guest rooms, each accommodating couples, friends or small families. Tastefully decorated to reflect the areas interests, each room includes ceiling fans, luggage racks, large closets, non-allergenic lofty duvets and an extra daybed. The Waterfowl Room features a queen bed and en suite bath with stall shower. The Nautical Room can be set up as either twin beds or a king, and its private bath features a tub with shower. A scrumptious breakfast is served daily featuring juices, fresh fruit, home baked breads/muffins and a hot dish du jour. Coffee and tea are always brewing.
